    • We had the most wonderful time here. Anda was so welcoming and helpful, and the house is actually stunning. I wish I could have stayed for far longer than a couple of nights, I will definitely stay here next time I come to Raasay.

    • This was my second stay at Allt Arais, and I was happy to return to this delightful spot. Anda cooks a wonderful breakfast, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, water pressure in the shower is terrific, and the views are exceptional. I hope to return!

    • We recently stayed for two nights at Allt Arais on the beautiful Island of Raasay. Mrs Nicolson was very welcoming and offers a very well appointed B&B in a wonderful location. Our room was large and well furnished with a good size en suite all of which was well decorated and exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful view from our window with the mountains of Skye as the backdrop. Breakfast was very well presented and the choice including the “full Scottish” was up to fine hotel standard. If you like wonderful scenery in a peaceful location then I have no hesitation in recommending Allt Arais as the place to stay.

    • Absolutely beautiful island. Fantastic views and a fabulous bed and breakfast. We were welcomed on the door step with a lovely smile and felt at home straight away. Our rooms were very clean well decorated and a very comfortable bed. Our two night stay was the highlight of our Scottish holiday.

    • We were booked in last minute and our experience was incredible! The views are breathtaking, the room is 5 star and immaculate, better than any hotel I have ever seen. The owner could not be more helpful, and the breakfast is delicious! The whole experience was amazing, it was my husband’s favourite part of the holiday! We will be back

    • We really wanted to stay on Skye but everything was booked. We are so glad we found Allt Arais on the Isle of Raasay which is just a 25 minute ferry ride away. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very up to date. We had views of sheep and the mountains. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. Just so much thought and detail into taking care of her guests. Thank you Anda! I hope to be back soon!!

    • This was our second stay at Anda’s welcoming and comfortable B&B. The consistently high standard of our accommodation included freshly cooked full Scottish breakfasts, comfortable, spacious and spotless rooms, and modern bathrooms (including a bath).

There is a communal lounge room, with views of Skye and the sea, plenty of parking space and easy access to the Ferry Terminal, Raasay House and the Distillery, by car, or a fifteen minute walk. Thank you Anda for looking after us so well, in your beautiful home on the Isle of Raasay.
